Long service life, no scheduled maintenance
The wave guard protects the system’s spring-loaded drive mechanism. ‘Spring-loaded’ means that our sails work with the wind, absorbing and releasing force in a controlled manner. Our sun sails can be operated safely in winds up to force 7 (50–60 km/h). The wind sensor automatically retracts the sail in the event of a storm.
